1.Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Capaion website, quiz, or any services (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
Capaion ("we," "us," or "our") operates the platform at capaion.pro. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and purchasers.
2.Description of Services
Capaion provides the following services:
AI Match Quiz ($1): A personalized quiz that analyzes your goals, skills, and budget to recommend the most suitable AI tools and provide a full report.
Expert Consultation (Free): A 15-minute live session with an AI practitioner who reviews your project and provides actionable guidance.
Done-For-You Services: Custom AI system builds scoped and priced on a project-by-project basis.
AI Tools Database: A curated, browsable catalog of AI tools with category and feature information.
3.Purchases and Payment
All purchases are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment card information.
All prices are displayed in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

4.Quiz and Report
The $1 AI Match Report provides personalized recommendations based on the answers you submit. Results are generated using AI and reflect our best professional judgment. They are informational in nature and do not constitute a guarantee of any specific outcome.
Your quiz session is tied to a unique session ID stored in your browser. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, you may lose access to your session. We recommend saving your report link after purchase.
5.Consultation Services
Upon booking a consultation, you will receive a confirmation by email. Capaion reserves the right to reschedule a consultation with at least 24 hours' notice. You may reschedule with at least 12 hours' notice by contacting us at hello@capaion.pro.
Consultations are informational and advisory. Capaion is not responsible for business decisions you make based on consultation advice.
6.Intellectual Property
All content on capaion.pro — including text, design, logos, and reports generated by the platform — is owned by or licensed to Capaion. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Your quiz answers, project descriptions, and any information you provide remain your intellectual property. We use this information only to deliver your report and provide our services.
7.Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
Resell or redistribute our reports or services without permission
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
8.Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the results will meet your specific requirements.
AI-generated recommendations are based on probabilistic models and may not perfectly match your needs. Always verify recommendations independently before making significant financial decisions.
9.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Capaion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
10.Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Promise. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices described therein.
11.Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
