1.Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Capaion website, project review, or any services (collectively, “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
Capaion (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the platform at capaion.ai. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients.
2.Description of Services
Capaion provides the following services:
Free Project Review: Submit your project via our quiz and receive a written assessment — at no cost. The review covers tool recommendations, approach, and what a realistic build would involve. It is informational and does not constitute a guarantee of any outcome.
Free Expert Consultation: A 15-minute live session with an AI practitioner who has reviewed your submission and can answer questions, clarify scope, and recommend next steps. There is no charge for the consultation.
Done-For-You Execution: Custom AI system builds billed transparently by the hour. Before any work begins, Capaion provides a written estimate that you review and confirm. Invoices itemize hours worked and milestones completed. Specific terms — including any deposits — are set out in your signed project agreement.
Tool Library: A curated, browsable catalog of AI tools with category, pricing, and feature information — reviewed by practitioners and kept current.
3.Payments
Done-For-You project work is billed by the hour at the rate agreed in your project agreement. Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By completing a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment card information.
All prices are displayed in USD. A written estimate confirmed by Capaion is required before any billable work commences. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

4.Project Review
The free project review provides written recommendations based on the information you submit. Results are prepared by our practitioners with the support of AI tooling and reflect our best professional judgment at the time of writing. They are informational in nature and do not constitute a guarantee of any specific outcome, timeline, or return on investment.
Your review session is tied to a unique session ID stored in your browser. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, you may lose access to your session link. We recommend saving your review link after it is generated.
5.Consultation Services
Upon booking a consultation, you will receive a confirmation by email. Capaion reserves the right to reschedule a consultation with at least 24 hours' notice. You may reschedule with at least 12 hours' notice by contacting us at hello@capaion.ai.
Consultations are informational and advisory. Capaion is not responsible for business decisions you make based on consultation advice.
6.Intellectual Property
All content on capaion.ai — including text, design, logos, and materials generated by the platform — is owned by or licensed to Capaion. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Your project descriptions, quiz answers, and any information you provide remain your intellectual property. We use this information only to deliver your review and provide our services, and never to train third-party AI models.
7.Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
Resell or redistribute our reviews, reports, or services without permission
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
8.Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the results will meet your specific requirements.
Recommendations prepared through our review process reflect professional judgment and may not perfectly match every situation. Always verify recommendations independently before making significant financial decisions.
9.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Capaion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
10.Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Promise. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices described therein.
11.Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
